People now use tractors for farming. They used horses to plough the fields and bring

home the turf but now people use tractors on a farm. Tractors are used to cut hay

and to make bales. There are two different kinds of bales. Bales are for feeding cows and

sheep. My uncle fixes tractors he puts new cabs on them. I help him sand them and

paint them. He did up our trailer and fixed the hay turner. If I had a lot of money I would buy a

Zetor tractor. People cut hay with a rotary mower. It is attached on the back of the tractor.

You can cut turf with a tractor and a machine that goes on the back of the tractor.
